For this project we are seeking a BIM Coordinator with 12+ years' experience.

Responsibilities:

Report to the BIM Manager
Assemble and maintains any multidiscipline models.




Consulted for input to the BEP
Define the CAD Manual at the start of the project
Configure, develop, and run Clash Detection analysis on a regular basis (generation of aggregate models)
Lead regular coordination meetings and track progress of the coordination process
Responsible for the integration and the geo-location of the models per segment. Aggregate the models.
Responsible for checking drawings are produced following project’s CAD Manual and are extracted from models
Support Interface Coordinators and Design Coordinators
Attend the Gate Reviews with the Design Leaders and the Client representatives
Perform risk Identification and escalation within BIM perimeter
Assist in the utilisation of the CDE within the organisation. Managing information containers in accordance with agreed workflow.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and BEP
Involved in agreeing Level of Definition for project phases
