About the Role
XCT Solutions is looking for a dynamic, results-driven IT Sales Leader with 8–10 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, preferably with a System Integrator (SI) . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and successfully closing complex IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
This role requires a consultative sales professional with deep knowledge of Cloud, AI, Enterprise Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Modern Data Center solutions, combined with exceptional business development and leadership capabilities.

- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from opportunity identification to deal closure.
