Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Delhi for the Edtech/Education vertical at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment). The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle,



from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-enrollment support. Daily activities include identifying potential learners and institutional clients, conducting consultations to understand their educational goals, and recommending suitable programs and services. The role involves building and leading a high-performing sales team, setting targets, tracking performance, and providing coaching to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and enrollment objectives. The Sales Manager will work closely with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to refine sales strategies, optimize conversion rates, and ensure a positive, ethical experience for learners and partners.

Role - Minimum 5 years in Inside Sales and Team Leading
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
