Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who combines strong marketing thinking, creativity, client management, and execution skills. The role involves understanding a client’s business, developing social media and marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative and production teams, and ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should be able to think beyond simply posting content. They should understand why a campaign is being created, who it is targeting, what action it should generate, and how its performance contributes to the client’s business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management & Strategy
Meet clients regularly to understand their business, goals, target audience, and marketing requirements.
Present campaign ideas and social media strategies that can contribute to business growth.
Translate client objectives into practical content and campaign strategies.




Build strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of coordination for social media activities.
Discuss campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.

2. Campaign & Content Planning
Develop creative campaign concepts based on client business objectives.
Prepare content ideas, content banks, campaign themes, and creative directions.
Identify content opportunities based on trends, seasons, occasions, offers, and business priorities.
Develop monthly and weekly social media content plans.
Prepare and maintain posting calendars with explicit timelines and content requirements.
Ensure every piece of content has a clear objective, such as awareness, engagement, enquiries, leads, footfalls, bookings, or sales.

3. Content Production & Execution
Coordinate with videographers, designers, editors, and the production team to execute planned content.
