Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR & Admin Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The HR & Admin Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development. The role involves managing HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards, and handling employee relations and grievance resolution. Administrative responsibilities include office administration, vendor and facility management, record-keeping, and coordination of logistics for meetings, events, and travel. The HR & Admin Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to support workforce planning, organizational culture initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes.
