Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager who can act as the key bridge between clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end client communication, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients




- Understand client briefs and translate them into transparent internal deliverables
- Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams for timely execution
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reports
- Upsell/cross-sell services where relevant and support business growth
- Work closely with influencer managers, creators, and talent teams for onboarding, negotiations, and execution
- Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
