• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Energetic, ambitious and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to business, customer management and revenue-oriented functions.
You will be responsible for:
• Understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions
• Interacting with customers and building strong customer relationships
• Supporting business and revenue growth initiatives
• Working towards defined performance goals
• Following up with customers and maintaining strong engagement
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Developing business development and customer management skills
• Participating in training, coaching and mentoring programs
• Developing communication, negotiation and problem-solving
