About the Role :

Flamingo Transworld Private Limited is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Group Tour Specialist to manage and grow our Group Tours business across Mumbai and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of domestic and international group tours, robust destination expertise, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle end-to-end sales of domestic and international group tour packages.
* Attend and convert walk-in, telephonic, online, and referral inquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable group tour packages.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
