- Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Support renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with legal, finance, projects, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate occupiers.
- Maintain an updated leasing pipeline and prepare periodic MIS and leasing reports.
- Support the team in leasing activities for existing assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 2–5years of relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
