About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Manager / Executive (BDM/BDE) with strong experience in EdTech sales and the school education ecosystem .
The ideal candidate should have established relationships with School Principals, Directors, School Owners, Trustees, Coordinators, and key decision-makers , along with strong presentation, communication, and product demonstration skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, school groups, principals, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities across schools and educational institutions.
- Conduct effective product presentations and live demonstrations for school management and educators.
- Understand school requirements and recommend suitable EdTech solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and meetings to negotiation, closure,



and onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, institutional visits, and existing school connections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and customer onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and develop long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling.
- Track sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities through CRM.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B, EdTech, or School Sales.
- Strong existing network and connections within schools will be highly preferred.
- Experience dealing with Principals, Directors, School Owners, Trustees, and School Management .
- Excellent product demonstration, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills .
- Proven ability to convert meetings and product demonstrations into sales.
