About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Finance Executive who can own day-to-day finance operations end-to-end. This is a high-trust, execution-heavy role with direct visibility into company cash flows, collections, and financial health.
You will work closely with the founder and be responsible for ensuring that the company’s finances run smoothly, compliances are met, and collections are tightly managed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Compliance
- Manage day-to-day accounting (bookkeeping, entries, ledgers)
- Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance
- Manage TDS filings and related documentation
- Coordinate with the external CA for audits and statutory compliance
2. Payroll & Banking
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy
