Job Summary
As a QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of our e-learning and digital learning deliverables. Every course, module, and assessment represents our brand and directly impacts the learner and client experience.




You will be responsible for reviewing content for linguistic accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to quality standards—identifying errors and inconsistencies that may otherwise go unnoticed. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong command of English, a passion for language, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work where accuracy is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

Language & Content Review: Review e-learning content — courses, modules, and digital learning assets — for grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and overall language accuracy.
Consistency: Check terminology, tone, voice, and formatting across a project, and across projects for the same client, so content reads as one coherent product rather than disconnected pieces.
Multi-Format Review: Review scripts, storyboards, assessments, knowledge checks, and on-screen text at each stage
