wn Lead Engagement & Sales Conversi
- onConnect with leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, organic channels, and other source
- s.Have meaningful, consultative conversations to understand learner needs, interests, and goal
- s.Recommend the right music programs and encourage prospects to visit the centr
- e.Schedule trial classes and centre visits based on teacher availability and batch calendar




- s.Follow up consistently and convert bookings into actual visits and enrolment
- s.Own key funnel metrics such as Lead-to-Booking % and Booking-to-Visit

- ngWelcome learners and parents visiting the centr
- e.Understand their requirements, availability, and course preference
- s.Guide them towards the most suitable program and batc
- h.Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Head to ensure a smooth onboarding experienc
