Job Description: Assistant Controller – Corporate Finance

The Assistant Controller – Corporate Finance will support the group consolidation, financial reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and parent company reporting processes. This role is designed for a qualified finance qualified who can combine strong technical accounting knowledge with high attention to detail, timely execution, and effective stakeholder coordination across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting: Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation activities, including preparation of consolidated financial statements and supporting IFRS disclosures.
- Management Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, analysis, and presentation materials for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Parent Company Coordination: Act as the key finance contact for parent company reporting and ensure timely submission of reporting packages.
