Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Kolkata. The Tele Caller will contact prospective and existing customers to explain loan and financial products, answer queries, and guide them through the application process. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and handling inbound calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up on leads to ensure conversion. The role involves coordinating with the sales team,



adhering to calling scripts and compliance guidelines, and meeting performance targets related to call volume and sales. The Tele Caller is expected to maintain a courteous and professional tone, provide clear information, and support customers in making informed financial decisions.
Qualifications
