About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client & Project Coordinator to join our vibrant team at Studio Take Two. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, supporting project execution, and assisting in strategic planning. This position requires a keen understanding of branding and design industry standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.



The successful candidate will work closely with the founder and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai, emphasizing collaboration and hands-on involvement in daily operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a design studio or similar creative environment. A strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and media requirements is essential. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with upcoming AI tools are required. Knowledge of Canva or other design software/apps, as well as experience with social media management tools like InShot, will be considered a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team are critical. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for the branding and design space and be eager to contribute to creative projects in a fast-paced workplace.
