Role Description The QC Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for executing daily quality control checks on products and processes, ensuring that all outputs meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The QC Officer will perform routine inspections, sample testing, and documentation of results, while identifying nonconformities and supporting corrective and preventive actions. The role includes close collaboration with production and quality assurance teams, maintaining lab records, preparing reports,



and assisting in internal audits to improve overall quality performance.
Qualifications
Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with the ability to implement and monitor quality standards.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret test data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Effective Communication skills for clear reporting, cross-functional coordination, and documentation.
Practical Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment, following test protocols, and maintaining accurate records.
Relevant diploma or degree in science, pharmacy, engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with industry regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP) is preferred.
Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Previous experience in a quality-related role within manufacturing, exports, or consumer services is an advantage
