We are looking for job title : Cloud Solutions Architect and Operations Manager

You’ll create impact by

Lead end-to-end operations for SaaS applications in cloud environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and SLA compliance.
Drive migrations from internal data centres to cloud environments across multiple business-related applications.
Establish and maintain operational governance for custom cloud applications and third-party SaaS solutions.
Align cloud operations with enterprise, security, and regulatory requirements through consistent processes and controls.
Act as the primary infrastructure contact, leading incident resolution, solving, and Root Cause Analysis.
Develop and optimise runbooks, operational workflows, KPIs,



and partner concern processes to improve service delivery.
Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure SLA alignment and operational excellence.
Collaborate with Service Owners, Security, Architecture, Finance, and external partners to deliver continuous improvement initiatives..

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience managing SaaS applications in cloud environments with full operational ownership.
Solid expertise in incident management, problem-solving, and multi-vendor coordination.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerised architectures.
Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS), Azure Stack, Terraform, AWS CDK/CDKTF, GitLab pipelines, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Datadog.
Practical programming experience with Node.js, .NET
