ClassPulse is an AI-native Learning Management System built for Indian coaching centres. We automate the grind — quiz and DPP generation, attendance, fee management, parent reporting — so institute owners can focus on teaching instead of admin. We're early-stage, moving rapid, and building our first sales engine. You'd be part of it.
The Role
You'll own the top of our funnel: finding coaching centres that should be using ClassPulse, getting in front of the decision-maker, and handing the team qualified demos. This is half desk research and outreach, half real-world hustle — walking into institutes in your city and talking to owners directly.
What you'll do
Build and maintain a targeted database of coaching centres — JEE/NEET, foundation, commerce, competitive exams — with owner/director contact details, batch size, and current tooling
Run outbound across email, WhatsApp, calls, and LinkedIn; write and test your own messaging
Visit coaching hubs and institutes in your city for walk-in conversations, drop-ins, and local events
Qualify leads (institute size,



pain points, decision-maker, timeline) and book demos for the founding team
Keep the CRM clean — every lead, every touchpoint, current status
Report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, demos booked, and what messaging is landing
Feed field insight back into the product and pitch — you'll hear objections before anyone else does
What we're looking for
Student or recent graduate (any discipline); interest in sales, growth, or edtech
Comfortable cold-calling and cold-walking into an institute — you don't need experience, you need nerve
Clear written and spoken communication in English and Hindi (regional language a plus)
Organised and self-driven — remote means nobody is checking your calendar
Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs; CRM or LinkedIn Sales Navigator exposure is a bonus
Based in a city with a real coaching-centre density (Kota, Delhi NCR, Patna, Hyderabad, Pune, Indore, Lucknow, Jaipur
