The prospect

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).



The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating system scalability, reliability, and performance across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring optimal user experience and platform stability.

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for AEP, AJO, RTCDP, and CJA implementations.
Analyze application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.
Validate data ingestion, segmentation, profile stitching, audience activation, journey orchestration, and reporting workloads under varying load conditions.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and Adobe solution teams to resolve performance issues.
Monitor system behavior using performance monitoring and observability tools.
Prepare performance test plans, reports, and capacity planning recommendations.
