Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon. This role involves developing and executing visual concepts for the brand across digital and print platforms, including packaging, social media, advertising, and in-store materials. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and branding teams to translate campaign ideas and product stories into compelling designs that align with brand guidelines. Typical responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts,



refining visual identity elements, preparing production-ready files, managing multiple design projects, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating brand-focused and product-focused work.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with attention to detail and readability across formats.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Ability to interpret briefs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
Experience working on beauty, skincare, or consumer goods brands is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
