About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Mohali.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, prospecting, and sales development and be comfortable communicating with potential clients across multiple channels.
This is an in-office role based at WorldTech Square, Sector 83, Mohali.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant B2B prospects and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect databases.
- Execute cold email campaigns and manage follow-ups.
- Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
- Handle WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
- Execute structured multi-channel cold outreach campaigns.
- Make cold calls to potential clients and qualify prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
- Maintain lead data and outreach activity in CRM/Google Sheets.




- Track responses, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.
- Test different outreach messages and approaches to improve results.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate qualified opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and outreach targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1.5+ years of experience in lead generation, B2B sales, business development, SDR/BDR, or cold outreach.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting.
- Good understanding of cold email outreach and follow-up sequences.
- Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with prospective clients.
- Experience with WhatsApp outreach is preferred.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers.
- Target-oriented with solid follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of lead-generation
