THE ROLE
As Conference Delegate Sales Manager , you will be responsible for building and converting the delegate pipeline for The Retail Jeweller’s conferences and knowledge platforms.
You will identify the right prospects, connect with senior decision-makers, communicate the value of attending our conferences and convert conversations into confirmed delegates.
This is a target-driven, hands-on B2B sales role with significant interaction with the jewellery industry's leading companies and decision-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective conference delegates
• Identify and reach out to jewellery retailers, Founders, Owners, CEOs, CXOs and senior management
• Drive delegate sales through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other digital channels
