Role Description The Head of Finance is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading all financial planning, management, and reporting activities for ONE ADC INDUSTRIAL PARK DEVELOPERS. This role oversees the preparation and analysis of financial statements, develops budgets and forecasts, and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders. The Head of Finance manages cash flow, monitors project and operational costs,



supports funding and investment activities, and maintains strong internal controls and compliance with relevant laws and standards. The role involves partnering with senior management on strategic decisions, evaluating financial risks and opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and guiding a finance team to deliver high-quality work. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial performance, supervising accounting processes, coordinating audits and tax filings, and preparing clear reports and presentations for management and investors.
