Role: Creative Strategist

About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who sits at the intersection of brand thinking and content execution. You will be the person who connects consumer insight to creative output turning data, trends, and brand strategy into ideas that actually land. This is not a pure creative role and it is not a pure strategy role. It is both, and you need to own both ends without losing the thread between them.

What You'll Own
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Develop creative strategies for campaigns, launches, and brand moments across channels
- Translate brand positioning and consumer insights into sharp, actionable creative briefs
- Identify the big ideas that can anchor a campaign and the small details that make content feel real
- Stay deeply plugged into culture, trends, and what's resonating with consumers and turn that into strategic creative direction
- Own the creative calendar in partnership with brand and social media teams

Content & Campaign Development
- Lead the development of content across formats video, static, short-form, long-form,



and experiential
- Work closely with designers, videographers, copywriters, and influencers to bring ideas to life
- Ensure every piece of content is strategically grounded not just aesthetically pleasing
- Own the brief-to-execution process write sharp briefs, give transparent feedback, and hold the creative bar high
- Build content frameworks and playbooks that can be scaled across brands and channels

Consumer & Cultural Intelligence
- Track consumer behaviour, cultural shifts, and emerging trends across categories
- Build consumer personas and use them to inform creative direction
- Conduct regular content audits what's working, what's not, and why
- Analyse competitor and category content strategies and identify whitespace opportunities

Performance & Optimisation
- Work with performance marketing teams to ensure creatives are built for conversion, not just awareness
