Job Title: Legal Intern

Duration

1 to 3 months (minimum commitment)

Eligibility Criteria

Law students in their third year or higher of a five-year undergraduate program, third year or higher of a three-year LLB program, or currently enrolled in a master's program in Business, Company, or Corporate Law.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
Analyzing contract requirements and terms for compliance.




Conducting research on regulatory updates.
Supporting due diligence and compliance screening.
Maintaining contract repository and trackers.
Coordinating compliance data collection.

Skill Requirements

Minimum 65% or 7.5 SGPA in each semester.
Solid legal acumen, research, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Networking and stakeholder interaction experience preferred.
Prior contract drafting experience is an advantage.
