Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Consultant to design, develop, customize, and support CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service, Power Platform, integrations, customization, and end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and customize entities, tables, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and workflows.
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs and Azure services.
Develop plugins, custom workflow activities and JavaScript-based customizations.
Work with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
Manage security roles, business units, teams and access permissions.
Perform data migration,



data cleansing and integration activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
Participate in solution design, development, testing and deployment.
Prepare technical documentation and support deployment across environments.
Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse.
Robust experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins using C#/.NET.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS for CRM customization.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API / REST API and integrations.
Good understanding of CRM security model and solution management.
Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD is preferred.
Strong SQL knowledge and experience with
