Role Description The Branch Incharge role at Xpressbees is a full-time, on-site position based in Ramanagara. The Branch Incharge oversees daily branch operations, including shipment processing,



route planning, last-mile delivery coordination, and adherence to service-level timelines. The role involves managing and guiding branch staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Branch Incharge is responsible for inventory and warehouse oversight at the branch level, maintaining accurate documentation, and optimizing resource utilization. This position also requires regular interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, drive customer satisfaction, and support continuous improvement in branch efficiency and service quality.
