Key Responsibilities

Log sales orders in Softcell's in-house order processing application
Create daily inward material received and delivery reports
Understand the applicability of GST and TDS on transactions
Coordinate with internal teams across sales, purchase, and commercial functions to resolve issues and queries
Pass entries in Tally software and create PIs
File various documents in physical and digital formats
Assist in preparing and reconciling statements related to debtors, creditors, and other ledgers as required
Create MIS reports, including billing, outstanding, collection, sales, and inventory reports
Handle other commercial tasks assigned from time to time

Note

There will be retention one time bonus Rs 15000, though we may consider paying something based on his/her performance after completion of 2 years
The employment term will be for 2 years
