Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries related to products, pricing, licensing, and sales processes.
Support partners in identifying customer opportunities and driving solution adoption.
Coordinate with partners to generate leads and sales opportunities.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation with partners and customers.
Follow up on quotations, pending opportunities, and purchase orders.
Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Interact with customers and partners to understand business and technical requirements.
Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate pre-sales engagements with the technical team.
Ensure prompt responses to customer and partner requests.
Develop a strong understanding of ManageEngine solutions and the IT infrastructure management landscape.
Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
Stay updated on emerging technologies,



market trends, and competitor offerings.
Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
Qualify leads and schedule discussions with prospective partners and customers.
Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems and internal trackers.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partner requirements.
Coordinate with the support team for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Prepare periodic sales reports and pipeline updates for management review.
