Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced IT & Tech Sales Executive for an Inbound International BPO process in Sector 63, Noida. The ideal candidate should have robust international sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to convert inbound customer inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT/technology products or services.
Generate sales through effective communication, product pitching, and upselling.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer objections and close sales professionally.
Maintain high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
Follow international sales processes, scripts,



and compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Meet individual and team KPIs related to conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in International BPO / IT Sales / Technical Sales / Inbound Sales.
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Experience handling international customers, preferably USA/UK markets.
Good knowledge of IT products, software, hardware, technical services, or technology solutions.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
