Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Manage recruitment and selection activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and hiring suitable candidates.
Support employee onboarding by welcoming recent employees and facilitating a smooth joining process.
Conduct orientation programs and complete employee joining formalities and documentation.
