Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Corporate advisory: Work closely with senior counsels on mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), de-mergers, and ESOP strategy and implementation.
Capital markets & financial advisory: Support IPO readiness and advisory, and SEBI/RBI regulatory compliance.
Contract management: End-to-end drafting, vetting, structuring, negotiation, and lifecycle execution.
Governance, risk & compliance (GRC): Support regulatory audits, corporate governance frameworks, and data compliance.
Intellectual property rights (IPR): Assist with protection, management, and strategic advisory for brand names, patents, trademarks, and research.
