Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
Manage and update HR databases and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support the onboarding process for current hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives, such as performance evaluations and employee engagement surveys.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination within the department.
