About the Role
At Netcore, we partner with leading global brands to deliver Agentic AI-powered customer engagement at scale. We are looking for a business-oriented Customer Success Manager with proven experience in B2B SaaS / MarTech solution selling and enterprise account management, particularly across BFSI, FinTech, Retail and E-commerce.
This role is for someone who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understand complex business needs, drive product adoption and value realization, and take ownership of retention, renewals, expansion, and revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For (Must have)
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS / MarTech, with strong exposure to solution selling and enterprise account management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts across BFSI, FinTech, Retail, and/or E-commerce.
- Demonstrated ownership of QBRs, MBRs, renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and revenue/expansion targets.
- Strong track record of driving customer retention, account growth, and commercial outcomes.
- Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into relevant SaaS / MarTech solutions.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with CXOs and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical ability with the capability to translate data into clear business narratives and recommendations.
- Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, WFO environment.

- Own end-to-end customer success for a portfolio of enterprise BFSI, FinTech, Retail, and E-commerce accounts, with explicit accountability for retention, renewals, and growth.
