About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Design Engineer who sits at the intersection of product design, user experience, frontend engineering, and AI.
This is not a traditional UX/UI role where designs are handed over to engineering.
We are looking for someone who can understand a product problem, design the experience, prototype the solution, build the frontend, and ship it.
You should be equally comfortable opening Figma and React, using AI coding tools to move faster, and working with founders and engineers to take an idea from a rough concept to a working product.
At 5–7 years of experience, we expect you to bring strong product judgment, design maturity, technical depth, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup.

What You’ll Own1. Product Experience & UX
- Own end-to-end user experience across mobile and web products.
- Convert ambiguous product ideas into clear user journeys,



flows, wireframes, prototypes, and working experiences.
- Identify friction across onboarding, discovery, engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization journeys.
- Use user behavior, analytics, research, and experimentation to improve product experiences.
- Understand the difference between a visually attractive interface and a product experience that actually performs.
- Work directly with founders and product teams on zero-to-one product thinking.

2. Product & Interface Design
- Create high-quality interfaces using Figma.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, tokens, variants, and interaction patterns.
- Design responsive experiences across different screen sizes and devices.
- Create interactive prototypes for rapid product validation.
- Maintain consistency while allowing the product to evolve quickly.
- Have strong judgment around typography, hierarchy, spacing
