Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN)
EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview
• Step 1: Visit https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/register
• Step 2: Click to login
• Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)
• Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Role Overview
The HRO Specialist will manage the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire process, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management. This role focuses on accurate data handling, local compliance, and smooth execution of employee data management and exit processes. The ideal candidate will have robust attention to detail, process orientation, and experience in HR systems and data governance.

Experience - 1 to 4 years in UK Payroll

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in UK Payroll Summary Sheet and other relevant payroll systems.




- Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, and employee leave balances.
- Confirm all required documentation for new hires, terminations, or other personnel changes is collected and accurately entered for correct payroll processing.
- Prepare and maintain payroll data reports for review by management.
- Prepare and review Payroll calendar and SOP’s and get it approved from the client.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to Pre-payroll and payroll operations.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and reports to ensure accuracy.
- Suggest improvements to streamline pre-payroll processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely updation of all the necessary reports after payroll.
- Serve as a point of contact for Client as well as employees regarding payroll inquiries or issues.
- Review and validate tickets and respond within the TAT.
