Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced

Cybersecurity Sales / Business Development professiona l to drive new business, manage client relationships, and grow Fluidech's cybersecurity services portfolio
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

cybersecurity solutions and service s, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to engage with

CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Security Heads, and senior decision-maker s
The role will involve the complete sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospects to solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Fluidech's cybersecurity services and solution
Generate leads throug h cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn,



industry events, partner networks, and existing relationshi p
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue target
Engage wit h CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, SOC Heads, Security Managers, and other senior stakeholde r
Understand customer cybersecurity challenges and map them to appropriate Fluidech solution
Conduct discovery meetings and coordinate with technical teams to understand customer requirement
Present and position cybersecurity solutions and managed security services to prospective client
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offerings in coordination with internal team
Manage the complete sales lifecycle fro m lead generation → qualification → discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closu re
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identif y upselling and cross-selling opportuniti es
