Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant to Managing Director role based in Chennai. The Personal Assistant will support the Managing Director with executive administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing daily activities. The Personal Assistant will arrange travel and accommodation, plan itineraries, and ensure timely preparation for business trips and meetings.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking follow-ups, assisting with personal errands as required, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and helping the Managing Director prioritize tasks and deadlines.
Candidates should possess solid Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills to support senior leadership effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Diary Management skills to coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.

Candidates should possess experience in Travel Arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation and preparing itineraries.
