About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven. Business Development Executive Inside Sales – B2B to join our Team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, generating qualified leads, engaging decision-makers, understanding their IT requirements, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and consultative selling skills, a good understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to sell IT services to businesses across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, databases, and other outbound channels.
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
- Connect with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, Business Owners,



and other relevant stakeholders.
- Understand customer business challenges and identify suitable IT service solutions.
- Present and explain IT services, solutions, and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, product/service demonstrations, and online meetings.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and lead-generation targets.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online meetings.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions as required.
- Maintain accurate lead, chance, and activity records in CRM.
- Track sales activities, conversion ratios, and pipeline performance.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing business accounts.
