Role Description:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, helping close business, and achieving/ assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based Sales quotas. The Inside Sales representative will conduct research to identify leads, build a database of customers and their IT requirements, and help the sales team in follow-up and closures of opportunities.

Job Duties:

a. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

b. Identify decision makers with target leads to begin the sale process.

c. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.

d. Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sale approaches.

e. Create and deliver qualified opportunities to team members

f.



Maintain & expand the company database of prospects.

g. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates, complete profile information, sources etc.

h. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/ service demonstrations and other sales actions.

i. Assist in creating Commercial proposals or RFP to potential customers.

j. Where necessary support marketing efforts such as Webinars, events, Digital marketing etc.

k. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via email & telephone, cross-sell & upsell.

l. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into opportunities/ sales.

m. Overcome Objections of prospective customers.

n. Emphasize product /service features and perks, quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales order forms/ or reports.

o. Enter new customer data and update changes in existing accounts in the corporate database in CRM.
