About the Role:

We are looking for a TikTok Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media growth across international markets. This role owns campaign execution end-to-end — from setup and optimization to creative testing and reporting — while working closely with the Content Strategist and creator team to turn high-performing content into scalable paid results.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Paid Media Management
- Plan, launch and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns across international markets.
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, optimization and reporting.
- Monitor campaigns daily and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Manage full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion.
- Execute TikTok Shop strategies to drive revenue growth.

Performance Optimization
- Track key performance metrics across campaigns and markets.
- Conduct regular campaign and audience analysis.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.

Creative Testing




- Build and maintain a structured TikTok creative testing framework.
- Identify winning creative patterns and scale them.
- Partner with the Content Strategist and creators to develop performance-led content.

Creator & UGC Performance
- Identify high-performing creator content suitable for paid advertising.
- Work with the creator team to generate TikTok-native UGC.
- Analyse creator-level performance and surface learnings.
- Identify which creators, formats and narratives drive conversions.

Analytics & Reporting
- Create weekly and monthly TikTok performance reports.
- Identify trends and key performance drivers.
- Deliver actionable insights, not just numbers.
- Track performance against market- and campaign-level targets.

Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Partner with e-commerce and D2C teams to improve conversion journeys.
- Identify friction points between ad click and purchase.
- Coordinate testing of landing pages, offers, product pages
