The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes the internet — someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage, share and remember a brand.

You’ll own Fraganote’s social media presence end-to-end, from strategy and content planning to execution, community building and performance tracking.

What You'll Do
- Build and execute Fraganote’s social media strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with brand, product and business priorities.
- Identify trends, formats, memes, cultural moments and conversations that Fraganote can organically participate in.
- Work closely with the creative, content,



influencer and marketing teams to develop high-performing social-first content.
- Conceptualise Reels, carousels, static posts, stories and interactive formats that drive engagement and brand love.
- Ensure the brand maintains a consistent yet fresh tone of voice and visual identity across social platforms.
- Lead day-to-day social media execution, including posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags and community management.
- Monitor comments, DMs and conversations to build an active and engaged Fraganote community.
- Track and analyse social media performance, identify insights and continuously optimise the content strategy.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithms, emerging creators, internet culture and recent content formats.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers wherever required to amplify social-first campaigns.
- Take ownership of social media growth, engagement and overall brand presence
