Position - Inside sales Representative

Company- Orbit Techsol – www.orbitindia.net

Location- Okhla phase 1 ,New Delhi ; after November 2924 -Noida sector 59

Exp- 3-5

Salary range- 5-6lacs

Roles & Responsibilities :

 Sourcing current sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

 Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

 Understand customer needs and requirements

 Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

 Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

 Perform effective online demos for prospects

 Coordinate with the sales team to book sales orders with the help of the Team.

 Coordination with Account, and Collection Department for Payment and Customer Creation Issues.

 Co-ordination with warehouses of the company for internal matters





 Prepare purchase orders as well as sales orders.

 Prepare a working sheet and send it to the logistics department for Order.

 Check the availability of the material in All over India (Stock Availability Report).

 Provide Stock status to customer and salesperson against the particular Order either material

 Co-ordination with Customers for solving customer issues against the Purchase Order

Requirements :

 Proven inside sales experience.

 Track record of over-achieving quota

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Strong listening and presentation skills

 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
