Key responsibilities as a Program Manager:
• Define and drive scaling strategy and roadmap for Co-op program for A.in
• Influence across organizations to drive alignment
• Develop effective milestones and launch schedules for the program. Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks while balancing business needs and escalating where appropriate
• Gather product requirements,



and partner internally with engineering/technology to ensure solutions are developed/deployed on time
• Identify new automation opportunities to improve efficiency
• Work effectively across internal and external organizations in a matrix team environment with competing priorities. Manage cross-functional initiatives through influence versus direct management
• Drive engagement with leadership and provide program updates and reviews
• Drive adoption of recent processes and tools
• Take a hands-on approach to drive key business initiatives, managing all aspects of the projects such as planning, risk management and communication
