Senior Visual Designer

The Experience Design ( XD ) team is central to this mission. Our ambitious team of visual designers work closely with product designers, marketers, design technologists, and product managers, along with thousands of our users to help make their lives easier through technology. We embrace creative design thinking and processes to ship dozens of recent templates and features each month. We are in search of a talented Senior Visual Designer who possesses the desire to solve complex problems with data-informed solutions and is experienced working with AI technology and innovating with AI designs. This individual will be a core member of our expanding design team, contributing to the development of a best-in-class Enterprise SaaS product with desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces. They will bring interfaces and illustrations to life through thoughtful micro-interactions, motion design, and contribute to our growing design system for scalable use. Visual Designers at ServiceTitan produce visually stunning and captivating work that resonates with our users.



They are creative thinkers who delve into the "why" behind design choices and communicate this through their visual creations. They are responsible for breathing life into design solutions that align with both our wider Product strategy and Marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Group Manager, Visual Design , the Senior Visual Designer possesses a balanced toolkit of real-world design experience, creativity, a background in design theory, and an excitement around contributing to Product branding.

Work closely with our Design System team to ensure and grow best practices and guidance around ServiceTitan’s Visual Design language pillars.
Help shape the visual design language in the Product through UI design, data visualization, and motion design.
Solid understanding of animation principles (easing, timing, choreography) and how motion supports usability
Design and document motion/animation behaviors
