Key job responsibilities
An ideal candidate is expected to





Work closely with senior engineers to envision and enabling them design, implement and deploy applications that impact the Amazon.in business with an emphasis on improving seller experience.
Own the delivery of an integral piece of a system or application.
Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
Assist directly and indirectly in the continual hiring and development of technical talent.
Create and execute appropriate quality plans, project plans, test strategies and processes for development activities in concert with business and project management efforts- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control manag
