Job Description
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
- Work closely with stakeholders (operations, logistics, supply chain teams) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for LIMS solutions.
- Develop detailed business requirements, process flows, and system specifications for inventory management and logistics processes.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
- Inventory & Logistics Optimization:
- Analyze existing inventory management practices and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Recommend process improvements or automation tools to optimize the management of airline parts, equipment, and inventory.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand, reduce excess stock, and prevent stockouts.
- System Design & Integration:
- Work with IT teams to design, configure, and optimize the LIMS system to meet business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of the LIMS system with other business systems, such as ERP,



Maintenance, and Procurement systems.
- Support in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring the LIMS system supports logistics, procurement, and supply chain goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and report on inventory and logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs related to inventory turnover, stock levels, procurement cycles, and operational efficiency.
- Provide detailed reports on inventory status, trends, and supply chain performance to senior management.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for current or updated LIMS features.
- Ensure that LIMS solutions are working effectively and meet the business requirements before deployment.
