Job Opening: Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist (Evening Shift)

Shift: Night Shift aligned with US business hours (6pm to 2:30am IST)

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience and expertise

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Paid Media Expert with solid hands-on expertise in Google

Ads, Meta Ads and Google Local Services Ads. Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is also

required.

The ideal candidate must have a strategic, analytical and performance-driven mindset and

should be capable of independently planning, creating, managing, optimizing and reporting

campaigns across multiple client projects.

The role includes both lead-generation and ecommerce campaigns, with a strong focus on

qualified leads, revenue, profitability and accurate conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage multiple paid media projects across different industries.





Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, budgets, audiences and

customer intent.

Create and manage Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and

remarketing campaigns.

Manage Meta lead-generation, website conversion, sales, retargeting and catalogue

campaigns.

Set up and optimize Google Local Services Ads, including budgets, service areas, lead

quality and lead disputes.

Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation when required.

Conduct keyword, search-term, competitor and audience research.

Plan and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, offers, keywords and landing pages.

Monitor budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and qualified-lead rates.

Identify campaign, tracking, landing-page, offer and sales-funnel issues.

Prepare clear reports with performance insights, completed actions and next steps.
