Business Intelligence and Analytics to transform and scale our BI function to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving operating model. In this role, you will own the full BI stack for Trust & Safety: from building foundational data infrastructure and establishing our T&S; Datamart, to instrumenting products for telemetry, to delivering self-service dashboards and analytics that drive operational decision-making. You will lead a team of 6+ analysts and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Programs to ensure data is a strategic asset, not just a reporting function.

This is a role for a builder. You will inherit a foundation and transform it into a scalable, automated, and trusted analytics platform.
